Description:
The cast iron inspection surface plate serves as the measuring basis, which is used for inspecting the geometric tolerance of machinery parts. Such as, flatness, straightness, etc. Also, it can be used to the scribing, abrasive machining, equipment installation, etc. This product could be plate type or box type in appearance. Its precision includes Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.
Once the cast iron inspection surface plate is abraded, it can be scraped again to restore the precision.
The raw material of the cast iron inspection surface plate is the high-strength cast iron HT200-300 whose surface hardness is of HB170-240. After two times annealing treatment, the cast iron surface plate has the features of steady precision and abrasion resistance.
The size range is from 100mm*100mm to 3000mm*8000mm. For the larger one, it can be used by the splicing method. In our factory, we also can make the special sized product according to your requirement.
